How do you become a speaker for a independent TEDx event?
📨 Contact the organizer directly through the TEDx event's own web page.
📚 You need a story which your listeners will learn or grow from, they need to be entertained.
🕵️♀️ Find a public speaking coach or join a group.
🔁 Practice your talk.
🗓 Apply 9 - 12 months in advance of the event you wish to talk at.
🙋♀️ Attend your local event, help out as a volunteer, get to know the organisers.
📺 Watch TEDx talks to gain inspiration.
